Every sound is connected to a memory. These live samples are the remnants of moments in time we ache to return to, yearning to bask in the good and hoping to change the bad.
Wolfelt's "prequel EP," Settling/Unsettled EP, utilizes live samples recorded during live moments respective to each title's location to embody the associated memories by adding a soundscape to each looped/distorted sample. Contextually, the EP was literally conceived and created during a transition to a new house, and entirely out of samples originally intended to be used as transition tracks during live sets.

On the final track I was finishing the part in Call of Cthulhu where Johansen’s strange and horrific journey to R’lyeh is being recalled. It’s described as an ancient cyclopean city of non Euclidean geometry that no human could build. Angles and perspectives are constantly shifting. I think it fits perfectly with the final track that mentions the Fata Morgana.
